Bahan :
1 ayam yg gemuk dan muda
8 bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
1 ibu jari langkuas
4 lembar daun salam
garam secukupnya
air kelapa
minyak utk menggoreng
Cara membuatnya :
Ayam setelah dibersihkan dibelah dua. Taruh di wajan, bubuhi
bumbu-2 ( 2 macam bawang dan garam ) yg telah ditumbuk halus.
Langkuas dipukul sampai pecah-pecah, salam dibiarkan utuh.
Tuangi air kelapa, tutup wajannya, godok dgn api besar.
Jika sudah mendidih apinya dikecilkan.
Godok sampai ayamnya empuk. Lalu goreng dgn minyak yg panas
sekali.

1 ekor Ayam kampung dipotong empat bagian
1 batang Kayu manis
3 biji Cengkih
5 lembar Daun jeruk
1/2 lembar Daun kunyit
2 batang Sereh
3 sdm Minyak goreng
500 ml Santan sedang kentalnya
100 ml Santan kental
Bumbu yang dihaluskan :
4 buah Cabe merah
3 siung Bawang putih
4 buah Bawang merah
1/2 sdm Ketumbar
1/2 sdt Adas manis
1/2 sdt Jintan
1/2 sdt Lada
2 cm Jahe
2 cm Lengkuas
3 cm Kunyit
3 biji Kemiri
Cara membuat :
Tumis bumbu yang dihaluskan dengan minyak goreng beserta kayu manis,
cengkeh, daun jeruk, daun kunyit dan daun sereh hingga harum dan matang.
Masukkan ayam, tumis dengan bumbu hingga ayam setengah matang.
Tambahkan santan encer, kecilkan api, masak hingga kuah tinggal sedikit.
Tambahkan santan kental masak kembali hingga kuah mulai mengering, angkat
dinginkan.
Setelah dingin lumuri seluruh permukaan ayam dengan sisa kuah yang mengering
kemudian bakar hingga agak kekuningan.
Hidangkan.

Bahan - bahan :
1/2 kg mie ayam (siap dibeli di pasar)
100 ml Minyak ayam
100 ml Kecap asin
300 gr Daging ayam direbus dan dipotong kotak
3 sdm Kecap manis
2 sdm Kecap Ingris
2 batang Daun bawang dirajang
Caisin, penyedap dan bawang goreng secukupnya.
Bumbu yang diperlukan :
3 siung Bawang putih
5 buah Bawang merah
1 sdt Ketumbar
3 cm Kunyit
3 cm Jahe
4 butir Kemiri
Bahan untuk membuat Kaldu:
2 liter Air
1/2 kg Tulang ayam
1 sdt Garam
1/2 sdt Lada bubuk
Cara membuat :
Kaldu: air direbus hingga mendidih, masukkan tulang ayam, rebus dengan api
kecil hingga kaldu beraroma harum. Tambahkan lada bubuk dan garam.
Tumis bumbu yang dihaluskan hingga harum dan matang, masukkan ayam,
tumis hingga bumbu menyerap ke dalam ayam,tambahkan penyedap, tumis
sebentar, angkat, sisihkan.
Masukkan 2 sdm minyak ayam ke dalam mangkok, 1/4 sdt penyedap.
Rebus mie dan caisin yang telah dirajang hingga matang, angkat dan letakkan
di dalam mangkuk yang telah terisi dengan bumbu, masukkan ayam 2 sdm.
Taburkan bawang goreng dan daun bawang yang telah dirajang.
Note :
Kunci kelezatan mie ayam ada pada minyak ayamnya.
Cara membuat: ambil kulit ayam dan lemaknya, panaskan dengan api kecil
diatas penggorengan, tambahkan 2 siung bawang putih digeprak, panaskan
hingga seluruh minyak keluar dari kulit dan lemak ayam, minyak siap untuk
digunakan

Erica’s ex called her on the phone at 10:30 p.m. and dumped her. Heart break is something few escape, no matter who you are — just look at Jennifer Aniston and supermodel Christie Brinkley. Susan Anderson, psychotherapist and author of “The Journey
from Abandonment to Healing,” says that while a broken heart can be one of life’s most severe tragedies, it isn’t always acknowledged in the same way as other life crises.

“Most of us have had serious heartbreaks. It’s what marks us. It’s what affects our self-esteem and our ability to trust another person,” she told The Early Show national correspondent Susan McGinnis. “It’s not a validated form of grief. When someone dies, you receive cards and there’s a funeral and an acknowledgement about the grief. But when someone leaves you there is — you don’t get a bouquet of flowers from your relatives.”

Without that validation, people find different ways of relieving their pain. Judy tends to redecorate. Tracy went on vacation. Rachel and Ophira did yoga.

“I tried the yoga thing and all it did was give me the focus to think really evil thoughts,” Ophira said.

It’s more than just thoughts — a breakup can have physical effects as well.

“You produce all these stress hormones that actually affect your memory,” Anderson said. “And it causes you to lose weight.”

“I was thrilled with the 20 pounds, but I lost 20 pounds out of just being so devastated by it,” Judy said.

What these women may not know is that a heart can come a lot closer to actually breaking than you might think.

“It is a lot like a heart attack in some ways,” Dr. Ilan Wittstein said. “People can come in with all the same symptoms that heart attack patients have: chest pain, shortness of breath.”

Dr. Wittstein at Johns Hopkins Medical Center is among several doctors who identified what’s now called “broken heart syndrome.”

In fact, a large number of patients who have had this come in after some kind of emotional trauma, such as the death of a loved one, a sudden motor vehicle accident and some kind of fright.

“A breakup can cause this,” Anderson said. “We’ve had, actually, a couple of people we’ve seen in who had a break up or learned about a spouse’s infidelity and confronted the spouse, experienced signs and symptoms of the syndrome.”

Here’s How:

It’s okay to grieve for a time. Seek support from your friends and family as you come to terms with the changes in your life.
Don’t look at past relationships as failures, but rather as opportunities to learn and improve your relationship skills.
Don’t worry that you’re not in a relationship. Your value comes from who you are, not who you’re with.
You don’t have to be a recluse just because you aren’t a couple. Treat yourself to an evening out doing something you enjoy. Take along a friend if it’s not a solo activity.
Treat yourself to a special gift now and then. You are a special person and you deserve it.
There’s more to life than romantic love. Take this opportunity to nurture your friends, family and self.
Take some time to reevaluate what you need in a relationship. Have you been choosing partners who are not capable of a loving and mature relationship?
Be willing to take another chance on love. Like they say, you can’t win if you don’t play.
Be a friend to yourself. If you care about yourself, the odds are better you will attract those you care about you too.

Bahan Bahannya:

Ayam, udang, sotong dan daging dihiris kecil1 biji bawang
besar dipotong bulat
2 - 3 batang serai
Sos tomyam
Sedikit air asam limau
Daun limau purut
Cili padi
Sayuran ( bunga kobis , celeri dan carrot )
2 biji tomato
Sedikit garam

Cara Membuatnya:

Rebus air setengah periuk, bila mendidih masukkan ayam, daging, sotong.

Biar agak agak dah masak masukkan serai, bawang,

segala sayuran, kiub tomyam, garam dan cili padi .

Biar didih kejap .

Masukkan sedikit air asam limau dan tomato. Bila nak angkat ,

barulah masukkan daun limau purut.
